Updated: 7 October 2026
Website and contact
This notice covers enquiries submitted through the ECE website. The company details published on the website are shown below. For questions about your data, contact info@kei-energy.com.
ECE — Energy Club Engineering
Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your first and last name, email, phone number, company if provided, selected subject, message and optional attachments. It also records your processing consent and, if selected, your separate consent to email offers, with the time and enquiry reference.
Attach only information needed to explain your request. Avoid sending sensitive personal data or other people’s information without permission.
Purpose and consent
Your details are used to review your enquiry, contact you, prepare a response or proposal and maintain the history of your request. The form asks for consent to this processing before submission. Without the required contact details and consent, the form cannot accept the enquiry.
Email offers and company updates have a separate, optional checkbox. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry. You can withdraw consent by contacting us.
Storage and access
Enquiries and attachments are stored on the website server and are available to authorised staff through the management panel. Enquiry details may also be sent to the company by email. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver those services.
Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, subsequent correspondence and any applicable contractual or legal requirements. Contact us to ask about the retention or deletion of your particular enquiry, including copies in email and backups.
Browser settings and external services
The website uses browser storage to remember your chosen colour theme and cookies for staff sign-in sessions. Server security measures use connection information, including an IP address, to limit repeated requests.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; this requires a connection to Google’s servers. Links to external services open websites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under Ukrainian data protection law, you may request information about the processing and recipients of your data, access your data, object to processing, request correction or destruction of inaccurate or unlawfully processed data, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek protection in court.
Send your request to info@kei-energy.com and include your enquiry reference if available. We may need information to verify that the request concerns your own data.
